Description
This necklace is a tribute to the ancient warrior Scythian nomads. The really special feature of this necklace is the ancient Scythian bronze arrowhead which was found in Ukraine and dates to the 2nd century BCE. It is attached to a Roe Deer antler point from Lithuania. Roe Deer are found throughout the lands where the Scythian lived and would have been a part of their diet. The arrowhead is not only a symbol of their warrior skills but that of hunting as well. The antler is wrapped in vintage bronze colored copper wire. The beads are antique raw Baltic Amber beads from Latvia. The copper patina toggle clasp is from Mykonos, Greece. The necklace is 28 inches (71.1 cm) long.
