Polynesian Inspired Rune Set

Polynesian history and culture is something I have always had interest in and so as a tribute to the Polynesian culture I decided to make this special Rune set. The Elder Futhark Runes are made from amazing Himalayan Golden Teak wood from Hawaii. Each has been treated with an organic beeswax citrus oil mixture. The pendant is made from a beautiful piece of teal blue Russian sea glass found in the Sea of Japan and is wrapped in antique colored copper wire with an adjustable leather cord. The handmade leather pouch features high quality tanned Salmon leather. It closes using a sea shell from Florida and attached to the pouch is a pottery shard found on a beach in Puerto Rico. Burned onto it is a traditional Polynesian ocean waves pattern and the well known Hei-Matau “fish hook” which symbolizes good luck, safe journey, strength and prosperity.
