Greek God Zeus Tribute Santorini Marble

Description

Using Santorini stone from Greece, which is one of the most premium white marbles in the world, I made this piece as a dedication to the Greek God Zeus. Zeus is the God of the sky and thunder as well as the king of all other gods and man. On the stone is a symbol for a thunder bolt and crown of olive branches to symbolize the God along with his name in Greek. The stone was carefully engraved then the engraving was painted over and finally sealed with polyurethane. I left the rest untouched to keep its raw feel and look which in the light sparkles.
